Bio
Dulari Tahbildar (she/her) has over 20 years of experience working across the fields of education, youth development, and workforce development holding leadership and management positions including executive director, program director, development director, and high school administrator. She has facilitated dozens of visioning, strategic planning, program development, and collaborative problem-solving processes that have engaged diverse audiences and centered equity and justice. She is a naturally curious question asker and a quick synthesizer of information.
Dulari believes strongly in peer leadership as a tool for community and power building and seeks out opportunities to work in solidarity with BIPOC young people and workers on initiatives that will improve the communities in which they live and work. Dulari thrives when working in trusting partnership with folks who learn through experimentation, lead with integrity, and laugh loudly in public.
Dulari grew up in suburban New Jersey and was raised by Indian immigrant parents, Hot 97, classic ‘80s sitcoms, and a whole lotta books. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and Master in City Planning degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Dulari enjoys puzzles, walks by the water, lifting heavy things, coaching mindful movement with kettlebells, and being a golf mom.

“Another world is not only possible, she is on her way. On a quiet day, I can hear her breathing.”
